List of non-exchangeable goods in retail trade facilities within the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
- Gold and gold изделия (products).
- Items made of precious and semi-precious metals and stones.
- All types of fabrics and certain goods sold by measure (ribbons, straps, trims), except for manufacturing defects.
- Perfumery and cosmetic products.
- Men’s, women’s, and children’s swimwear.
- Underwear for newborns and preschool children.
- Household chemical products.
- Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, curlers, etc.).
- Children’s toys.
- Used men’s, women’s, and children’s socks and underwear without labels, except for manufacturing defects.
- Plastic products intended for food use.
- Paid and taken-out food products (within their shelf life).
